EDF Energy
EDF Energy is one of the UK's largest energy companies and has worked with LWZ since their inception in 2001. The company have provided over £20m of funding to LWZ improve the energy efficiency of homes across London through LWZ’s approved network of insulation and heating contractors. EDF Energy provide power to a quarter of the UK's population via its electricity distribution networks in London, the south east and the east of England. The company supplies gas and electricity to more than five million customers and generates about 5GW of energy from its coal and gas power stations, as well as combined heat and power plants and wind farms. EDF Energy is also a key player in national infrastructure projects, including the electrical upgrading of the London Underground, managing private electricity networks serving four London airports and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, the country's first new railway in 100 years. Employing nearly 13,000 people, EDF Energy is a core part of the EDF Group, one of the world's largest power companies.

West London Housing Partnership
LWZ have managed the West London Housing Partnership’s thermal comfort programmes to improve the insulation and heating in private sector homes since 2006. The London Borough of Hounslow is the lead authority for the west London boroughs of Hillingdon, Harrow, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. The partnership has secured over £11m grant funding from the London Regional Housing Pot (LRHP) and LWZ leveraged substantial CERT funding from EDF Energy. The partnership has played a vital role in helping vulnerable people in their communities who are most at risk from cold homes.

East London Renewal Partnership
Since 2004 LWZ has worked in partnership with the east London boroughs of Newham (lead authority), Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Barking & Dagenham and Waltham Forest to deliver over £30 million of energy efficiency measures to vulnerable homes in the private sector.
The East London Warm Zone scheme secured funding from the London Regional Housing Pot (LRHP) and LWZ leveraged CERT funding from EDF Energy
Both the East and West London Warm Zone schemes assist in The London Housing Strategy and the Government's national target to ensure that 70% of vulnerable private sector households (as defined by the Department for Communities and Local Government) live in decent housing by 2010. The programmes also provides an incentive for customers who are able to pay for the work as part of an overall package. The scheme provide energy efficiency measures (loft and cavity insulation, central heating installations and upgrades) bringing homes up to the Decent Homes Standards for thermal comfort.

Warm Front Team
LWZ is the leading referral partner for the Warm Front Team in London and has referred over 5,000 vulnerable people for help from the Government’s heating and insulation programme to tackle fuel poverty.

LWZ works in partnership with local authorities to offer grants and substantial discounts to all homeowners, regardless of their income, to install loft and cavity wall insulation by its approved contractors.
